Can't See the Chat?

If you don’t see the chat window and you are using the Google Chrome browser, try clearing your cache and browsing history, then close and reopen your browser and try logging in again.

How do I use the Customer Success Center?

The best way to use this resource is to use the search feature.  You must be logged in before you will see results, though, so be sure to login first.

  • I called 2 times last week regarding the Serial # for Control II prescriptions and never get the response.
